"TREATING EACH CLIENT LIKE THEY ARE MY ONLY CLIENT"
Since my early twenties, I have been fascinated by the Real Estate Industry. I truly believe this is where I belong. I knew that owning a home was a big step toward providing a solid retirement plan for the future and having that security is what drives me to help others achieve the same. This is why I chose to further my education and become a licensed mortgage specialist which allows me to offer my clients a unique perspective on this journey.
I spent almost a year looking for my first home with a very patient REALTOR® which made me realize that helping someone through this daunting process is a unique and rewarding experience. I always felt that if I were to be a part of this special process it made sense I had been through the process myself, which is why I did not pursue this career until after I purchased my first home.
Since then I have been building my experience and knowledge in all aspects of this industry. I have helped my clients through multiple foreclosure purchases, fix and flip scenarios, and first-time home-buying experiences. I have completed many personal renovation projects one of which involved rebuilding a house on my acreage property to start a family. I have an extensive background in construction. Strapping on a tool belt and completing a project can be a very rewarding experience. I am a Rural Property Expert after living on an Acreage property for over 10 years, and I have viewed hundreds of unique acreage properties. Recent years have been focused on expanding knowledge and skills in Property Development and New Project Marketing.
I have been a Professional in this industry since 2013 and my client base has grown almost entirely from word of mouth. My new clients often become long-term friends. When I take on a client, I choose to take a personal interest in their well-being and their best interests become mine.
It is these experiences that make me different from other Real Estate Agents in a way that can directly benefit you in your Real Estate journey whatever that may be. My passion for helping people drives my commitment to the real estate profession. I take great pride in this work and find joy in assisting clients navigate the journey from start to finish. While dedicated and accountable, I choose to make every move with Integrity. Absolute dedication to my clients is rule #1. A client's best interests are of the highest priority…. No exceptions.
Personal Bio
I was born in 1984 soon to be the eldest of four brothers, and raised by a single mom, I was responsible for wrangling my siblings at an early age. Fast-forward a decade - I graduated high school with honours from Dr. Charles Best Secondary in Coquitlam. I pursued post-secondary education from multiple institutions which include Douglas College, Sprott Shaw College, and The University of British Columbia. The majority of my education has been dedicated to marketing and business management and more recently specializing in Real Estate. I married the love of my life after ten amazing years together in 2015. We welcomed our first child in August 2016 and our second in June 2019. I grew up in the Lower Mainland and adore this area of our beautiful province. I frequently travel for my clients throughout British Columbia, especially the Okanagan and Interior. My absolute favourite pastime is spending days at the lake with friends and family enjoying watersports from spring to fall soon as the lake opens until the cold weather arrives.
Before my journey in Real Estate, I was a business owner and before that, I worked in various sectors of residential construction. The reason for the shift in profession was the ultimate goal to spend more time with my children in their early years. My decision to pursue a career in real estate was fueled by the desire to spend more time with my family. I was confident that I could earn enough to support my wife in her decision to be a stay-at-home Mom while allowing me to be present for the big moments and milestones in early parenthood. My oldest child was diagnosed with autism at an early age and being able to spend this time with him, assisting in his learning challenges has proved beneficial for his development. If I am not working I am spending time with my family or tinkering away at my property in Beautiful Stave Falls, Mission, British Columbia.
THERE REALLY IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME
